Durham House

Bed & Breakfast

Beer nestles on the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline and is a typical example of an unspoilt Devon fishing village.

It is famous for its quarried stone that has been used in many historic buildings such as Exeter Cathedral and St Pauls Cathedral.

Durham House is a handsome Victorian property built in 1897.

Built with a Beer stone facade the property retains a wealth of character features, typical of the late Victorian era including a splendid lobby and entrance hallway with arched doorways, stained glass and Minton floor.
